Q What if i am not satisfied with the products delivered?
A We offer a 60 day money back satisfaction guaranteed .Infact just return the product with the receipt and your money will be refunded.

Q Can i pay by debit or credit card on line?
A Yes we accept all types of debit/credit cards payments through a secured payment facility.

Q Why do i need a customer account?
A lf you want to order products you will need to create an account with your own email and password, and also your customer details are stored for you securely saving you time to re-register. And from your account you can check the progress of your order or purchase an item, and your account details will not be used for any other purpose.

Q If i pay on line is my debit or credit card processed securely?
A Yes it is. All forms of debit and credit cards are processed for us by PayPal etc using their secured servers. Once the card payment is accepted we receive notification of the transaction from them through email we dont see the card details used, neither is it stored for us. Q Am i likely to receive spam from you?
